Lambos, Ferraris, and a 1,028 HP Chevy Camaro!

Just because Dodge sells a 707 horsepower street-legal Hellcat, it doesn’t mean they’re the fastest machines on the road. It just means they’re the fastest stock machines on the road…

Take for example the beautiful Camaro featured in this video by the guys of Simple Speed, who headed out to the Crusin’ Downtown Car Show on Elm Street in Manchester, NH. Although we can’t get a super clear shot at the exterior, the quality of the revamped interior and the immaculate engine bay pretty much speaks for themselves.

The leather and cloth racing seats are equipped with 5-point safety harnesses, and the stock shifter has been replaced by more accurate and dependable aftermarket pieces. Obviously the roll cage, steering wheel and other components have all been custom made for this wild Camaro. As you can imagine, pushing over 1,000 horsepower is no joke.

Along with the Chevy Camaro, one can see a couple of Lambos, a Ford GT40 in Gulf Racing livery, and even a Ferrari 458 which decides to nail the throttle as a traffic light turns red. Not very a very smart move in downtown, but it created an opportunity for a good sound clip.

Enjoy the video!
