TRUCK YOU! Clean High-Mileage 1998 Chevrolet S-10

Sometimes it’s just time to go out and get a new ride. In fact, sometimes it’s long overdue. That feeling that we get when we become attached to our vehicles is a deep attachment born out of spending so much time commuting to and fro. This makes parting with said ride a pretty heartbreaking thing to do, even when it’s absolutely necessary.

As for Chevrolet Forum member ChevyGuy615, the situation was the latter. Today we’ll be stepping into his garage and taking a closer look at his wonderful, new-to-him Chevrolet that lies within!

ChevyGuy615 recently became the proud owner – or, rather, his girlfriend did – of a 1998 Chevrolet S-10. His girlfriend’s 2004 Mazda MX-6 finally kicked the bucket at a whopping 229,000 miles, so it was time to purchase a new ride. She wanted an S-10, so that’s what she got. This ’98 has 224,000 miles and, while it has a few problems just as one would expect, is doing amazingly well.
