Question Help with drdriveshaft 1990 C1500 with TH700

Good evening to all and Merry Christmas. I need some help. My truck came rigged with a TH 400 and it looks like previous owner cut drive shaft and welded. It was horrible. I ended up putting a TH700 and now I have ordered 2 shafts from junk yards and none fit. I need to see if anyone has a 1990 C1500 with 5.7 liter and TH700 and can tell me if drive shaft is 1 piece or 2 pieces. Pictures would be greatly appreciated to make sure I put correct one in. With the TH400 that was in there before the crossmember didn't line up and they had it welded. I wanted everything back to the way it should be.

Any help and pics would be greatly appreciated

C1500? Not enough info. Longbed, shortbed, reg cab, ex cab, 10 bolt rear, 14 bolt rear, all have different drive shaft variations.
The 700r4 was used in alot of vehicles, I'm guessing there's different tailshaft lengths as well.
Your best bet is to measure what you need and make a trip to the salvage yard yourself. If one of the shafts you already have is too long perhaps find a professional that can cut it down and balance it.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry. I did leave a lot of info out. It is a regular cab short bed. Will see rear bolts in the morning. Any pics you might have?
