Default Replacing rings in 5.7 from below

I had intake gasket go bad about 10 years ago. The truck started a knock that would go away after warming up for 10 min. Probably from the valve train. I parked the vehicle for the last 10 years and now are trying to repair it. I found much coolant in the oil pan but lifters, push rods, rockers and cam look good. I adjusted the rockers which were presumably causing the knock. Pistons and cylinder walls look good by inspecting with a scope. All cylinders are between 150-175 psi on compression check except for cylinder 4-105, 5-100, and 7-0. By adding oil to these cylinders and redoing test I get 4-140, 5-125, 7-220. With these improvements with oil it suggests the rings are bad in those cylinders. Does anyone know if it is possible to remove and replace the cylinders(rings) from below by only removing the oil pan and not removing the crank shaft? Thanks. Also it is a 1500 with only 60K miles, 1998.
