Default 2001 Silverado 2500 HD

Hi, my name is Chris and I have a 2001 Silverado 2500HD 2WD with the 6.0. I just replaced all of my U joints but not the center bearing due to it appearing to be good shape. I marked all joints prior to removal in order to install back in the same position as they came out. Also tapped the joints once they were pressed back into place to ensure they were moving freely. I also marked the position of the center bearing mounting and placed it back into the same spot. I now have a vibration that occurs at about 35 to 40 MPH. Can anyone give me some insight to what it may be? It was not there prior to replacing the joints. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Did you move the joints around by hand before you put it all back together? The joints are centered and clips all installed?

Yes. All were freely moving prior to re-installing into truck.
