Default 2004 1500 Parasitic Battery Drain

This issue started late Oct of 16', battery was replaced also in Oct of 16'. Since then the battery has died 3 times and most recently it died after sitting for 36 hours. Battery and alternator tested good. When checking for a parasitic draw I found I'm drawing 1.54 amps after the truck has been off with the doors closed for a few hours. I was able to find a total of 1.46 amps as follows:

ABS-0.26 amp
Radio-0.66 amp
HVAC/ECAS-0.04 amp
IPC/DIC-0.42 amp
TBC Batt-0.08 amp

I did replace the ABS module with a new unit in Sept of 16', it is function so I never got anything reprogrammed. I've also replaced the stepper motor for my speedometer a few years ago. Currently the radio is the only thing "acting funny", the past 2 years if a CD is in it will randomly turn off and restart after 10-20 minutes. Other times its 100% fine. I have seen other topics where GM vehicles needed a random BCM/PCM reprogram. Has anyone else had the same issues where a reprogram fixed things or am I dealing with multiple electrical issues?
