has anyone had a problem with the Vent Solenoid on the EVAP System. I continually get DTC P0449.

My local repair shop found a GM bulletin which says the EVAP atmospheric vent opening may have spider webbing inside. This causes a pressure increase in the EVAP reservoir and triggers the PO449 code. I am not an expert so he has ordered the new parts for me.
