Hello
With this installation, i must install 3 pins into the ecm F25, F30 and F35 on the K64 (lower)connector, is their a special insertion tool required to ensure proper contact is made to pins?

Usually a pick is sufficient enough to insert most pins. I haven't pinned an Aveo before, but there will be a locking mechanism that keeps the pins from fallingout. you'll need to remove that piece, and carefully insert that new pins without being too rough or you could dislodge a few other pins
