I was giving one of the guys I work with a ride to work and he spilled a can of root beer on my carpet. What do you guys suggest as the best carpet cleaner? I tried to do this before with another vehicle and it bleached the carpet which I DO NOT WANT! Help!

RUG DOCTOR FTW. Nothing better. Rent a rug doctor with the hand attachment and you will not be let down. I did my Blazer last week and was very surprised by the filth that was in the water in the reclaim tankafter I was finished.

Dual action, spot cleaner and high traffic cleaner. This product has worked very well for me. I have a tan run and it's 11 years old. I have only used this product on this rug and it has worked everytime. My run has aged vey well with the help from this product.

Carpet extractors are really the best way to clean your vehicles carpet, I work with a lot of detail shops and most use the extractors and what a difference it makes. Just when your done put a fan in the car or something to dry it out. You don't want it to sour.

I usually use one of those foam cleaners where you spray it on the stain, scrub it then let it sit for a few minutes and then run a vacuum it.

The best way I have found is those foam carpet cleaners & pine sol on the hard stains. I have 3 kids , it gets bad sometimes cause I let them eat & drink in the truck. As far as picking up the stains, I use a good wet/dry shop vac with a handheld attachment for an industrial carpet machine. It always does the trick for me. Those Little home Bissel "green machines" just dont do it for me, not enough suction.

I have tried just about every carpet cleaner in the world. Woolite makes this stuff that comes in 2 cans and mixes together when you spray it. Absolutley 100% the best stuff. It removes anything. I mean anything. Nothing is harder to get up then orange soda on a white rug when it's been there for days. That stuff took it right up. You can get it at a grocery store. It is the no joke carpet cleaning stuff. Spray quite a bit on the stains, then let it soak for about 5 minutes. When I was a detailer I learned that shop vac works best. Don't bother soaking it up with a rag. Just use a shop vacuum.

Easy to use, powerful spray bottle eliminates the need to bend or scrub That's no joke either.

for smaller and quick clean-up Folex always works pretty good.
