has anyone had a leak around the heater under the hood? ours did not get sealed from factory and leaked in to the floorpan on passenger side, took 2 trips to stealership to find it. they used some silicone to seal it to firewall and wah been good since

Sounds like just an isolated happen-so with your HHR. From what I have heard, the HHR has been one of the least problematic cars out there.
