okay i guys i have a 1989 k1500 with a 3inch body lift and a leveling kit with 35's. i took it to get aliment done and they told me that they can get it total in spec cause the upper control arms are bottomed out on the stops and constently resting on them. so i was wondering if there is anything i can do to get the off the stops..?? someone said cut the stops out and get longer shocks cuase when u cut the stops out ot will let the suspension trvel as far as it can and to have the longer shocks so they dont over extend and blow out... but any help would be great!

You need new suspension parts. Or new truck.

Also, if you have long shocks, what is going to happen if you hit a big bump that sends the suspension/tire/wheel UP? And you have too much shock, there can be bending, breaking also.
