I have a 04 chevy 1500 with a three inch suspension lift.(torsion keys and blocks). I also have 33's. I put them both on one weekend and ever since it bounces like crazy. I was told that the stock shock were still good as far as the life is concerned, but they may be too short. Is this the problem?????? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Any time you lift with the Torsion Bars, the ride will be AWFUL. Same thing with the blocks. The blocks changes the amount of longitudinal twisting force on the leaf springs required to soften bumps, thus making it a harder ride back there as well.
I was going to say the same thing. Cranking the Torsion Bars is going to stiffen up the ride quite a bit! SPECIALLY at three inches! I hope you got the vehicle aligned after you did so as well... Your better off making your own sub frame drop, or if you don't have the means buy one. ;)
