It has been some time since I searched the internet for suggestions on obtaining and installing a roof rack for my 2008 Tahoe Hybrid. Anything new on this subject?

There have been a number of threads recently regarding roof racks and, as a hitch rack owner, Im wondering what the benefits of a roof rack might be.
