I have been asked by a friend to replace a fuelpump in a 96 Beretta, how much of a PITA is this going to be? Need to drop the tank, or is there an access panel in the trunk? Thanks for any advice.

it wasn't too bad of a job. My biggest problem was draining 30 gal of fuel...

been a while since I pulled a fuel pump ot of a beretta,I cant recall a access in the car, from what I can remember the tank needs to be dropped. You might have to slip the exhaust off of the hangers at the back of the carin order to weasle the tank out.Make sure you have support under the tank when dropping it,there is short fuel lines attached to the fuel pump along with a wire harness.
