Sorry guys not a GM truck fan[:'(] SLJ2137694 05-01-2006, 04:29 PM I drove one for about 3 months as my company car. I got alot of thumbs up from people so most people don't think it is ugly. It was alot of fun to drive but not very practical for my use. 1ndhoppe 06-24-2006, 07:24 PM I would take an SSR any day of the week! I love them, I see some every now and then, I even sat in one at a dealer display at a fair!:) They aren't what you would call practical, but then again, motorcycles aren't either, and they sell like hotcakes.[&:] Take care and God bless, 1ND-hoppe SLJ2137694 06-25-2006, 03:56 PM ORIGINAL: 1ndhoppe I would take an SSR any day of the week! I don't think so. Chevrolet stopped building them because they couldn't sell them. The reason I drove one as a company car is because a dealer had 3 of them and couldn't sell them. 1ndhoppe 06-27-2006, 03:59 PM ORIGINAL: SLJ2137694 ORIGINAL: 1ndhoppe I would take an SSR any day of the week! HP15 07-21-2006, 05:54 AM SSR's are gone come 2007 but hopfully the 7.0L finds it's way into the silvarado 1ndhoppe 07-25-2006, 04:11 PM ORIGINAL: mark i like chevy but not the ssr. How can you not like the SSR? Take care and God bless, 1ND-hoppe EscalonJon 08-08-2006, 03:03 AM The SSR is a real head-turner for sure. I really like them alot, but I can't see myself ever owning one. I feel the same about a Corvette. They are both awesome rides, but not very practical. Like someone else in the thread said, they're like a M/C, They are not for everyone but they sell like hotcakes. phoenixcorvette 10-12-2006, 10:01 PM [:-][:-] FoxMulder88 11-18-2006, 02:59 AM ORIGINAL: 426Hemi SSR's are alright, but chevy needs to come out with an actual full-size performance truck like dodge and ford. ...like the Silverado SS? nicokpe 10-27-2007, 11:02 PM for me, i would like choose chevy [8D] |
