i purchased a 05 malibu is there anyone can tell me what is that rattles noise coming from is just everytime i speed to 65 mph against the wind rattles come on and off when i accelerated to 35 mph no rattles i went to the dealer they adjusted one of the bolts to the glove compartment door that didnt work out .... anybody have this kinda problem ?

i suggest you go back to the dealer. let them check it again, and if done, let him ride with you so he can hear the noise and can figure out what's going on your car (http://www.partstrain.com/).

Almost all 05 malibu's have the same problem...i read in another forum that it is actually the plastic cowl underneath the windshield wipers. Double sided tape should fix the problem. Hope that helps!

I used double sided tape 3 days ago and I haven't heard the noise again.
