Hi,

I have an 06 Aveo. The "carbon fiber" door handle on the driver's side has started to rattle. It's come loose, but not to the point of falling off...yet.

How hard is it to take apart the door panels and tighten this part? Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks,

Mike

I have the same problem with my 2006. I was hoping somebody would say there's a way around having to remove the panels but apparently not. If its like previous cars I took panels off of, I can expect breaking clips, etc. during the process.

I also have the same problem with my 2007 except it's on the passenger side. I guess taking the panels off really is the only way to fix it.

Any one have an idea on how much it might cost me to have a shop repair it? I've never taken the panels off a car before and I'd much rather not risk further damage to the door. =/
