I have Aveo 2004. Engine broke down for some reason. They told me it was the oil pump... I don't really know why.
I have been told to replace the engine. Problem: Here in Morocco (norht Africa) I will pay triple for a new engine and I would have to wait a couple of months after I order it.
My mecanic suggested to put a Renault Clio engine instead. Renaoult is a french car and I can find part easily here in Morocco.
Would you recommand to do so?
