Default astro 2000 &1997 loss acceleration issue

loss acceleration and bogging when throttle position sensor is plugged in. runs well without tps. runs well when cooled down but as soon as it heats bam! loss acceleration bogging around 10mph.
replaced:
cap rotor wires spark plugs tps sensor fuel pump fuel filter

fuel pressure around 58psi when idle when accelerating 62-64psi
