Default blown power steering line ( low pressure )

how difficult is it to replace the power steering lines ?
What is the protocol to do it.?

For my 93 sub just got new lines at the parts store, drained reservoir, changed lines, refilled reservoir - seem to remember there's something you have to do to bleed the system with wheels off the ground and turning wheel lock to lock. Was an easy fix.
