Exclamation Failed Smog Test
I have a 1998 Chevy Astro. It failed the smog test because the check engine light wont turn on when the vehicle is started. I dont have money to go to a mechanic. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Please help! Email me if you can! Thanks.

And how do I change a burnt out bulb? (I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars...sorry!)
