Default RFI/ help with ventilation issue please?

I have air flow from my defrost and floor vents, but almost nothing from the driver/passenger vents with fan running- might I find a kind soul who can offer instructions (or better yet, a video link) as to how to access/replace the passenger compartment air filter on my 2000 Astro AWD? Thanks very much in advance- Tim

Thanks very much for your response! I will check vacuum lines- I'm also wanting to access/check the cabin air filter. I have the dash area in front of the passenger seat disassembled, but can't figure out how to remove the plastic housing (I assume the filter is enclosed there?!) You almost need to be a contortionist to get this job done.
