We have the product GA5180 for Chevy Silverado 1500(2007-2012) / Chevy Silverado 2500HD(2007-2012) / Chevy Silverado 3500HD (2007-2012) ,but I am not sure is it suit for your car .Is your car interior the same as the below picture?

If yes, I'll ask our tech which model fits your car best, if not,
could you pls kindly provide the interior picture of your car? So that

Hi Vpsalazar, your center console size is fit for GA5180, but we cannot confirm the canbus is also fit for your car because we didn't test of your car size before. Hope you can understand. Thanks!

I have an 09 2500HD and have been looking at this product. Can you help clarify a few questions I have about the unit? 1) Does it plug directly to the factory wiring harness? 2) Does it support an aftermarket back-up camera? 3) Is a service agreement required or does it use the phone's wireless? 4) How involved is the overall installation (not counting removing the factory equipment)? Thanks in advance.

If one buys this unit what are the accessories needed to to make it function like the back up camera, will the steering control work without any other accessories?
What are the after sales support offered for this unit?
Does it work for Chevrolet Suburban 2007 to 2011 because they have the same factory install unit with the GMC Yukon.

Hi twelden, thanks for your interest! Glad to tell you that our GA5180 unit can fit your 09 2500HD very well. Here are the answers to your questions:
1) Yes plug and play.
2) Yes it supports aftermarket back-up camera
3) Do you mean the 3G/Wifi function? If so, it's service agreement required. We provide the wifi antenna to you. And you can use the bluetooth function of smartphone wirelessly.
4) Since our unit is a direct fit your car, the overall installation is not difficult at all, especially if you have some knowledge about the car stereo wiring. Many of our customers DIY themselves. If you're not confident enough you can do it on the installer shop. Thanks!
