Default 08 Avalanche display cluster going wacky

Hey group, Hope someone can help. Lots going on here so I will try to bullet to simplify. But its pretty messy.
- Multiple warnings popping up
- Service suspension system
- Service Traction Control
- Service Stabilitrac
- Parking assist off
- The speedometer is fluttering from zero up to the speed im going and back down.
- You can hear clicking noises behind the dash as if something is turning on and off
- The little dash below the gear is fluttering on and off (P R D 3 2 1)
- The car also is having trouble knowing what gear it is in when this is all happening and it revs to 3000rpms before kicking up to second.
- Also this is affecting the air conditioning when it cant seem to figure what gear and the locks are going on and off as if its not sure if I am parking or driving.
THere were some engine codes but they seem to be the engine trying to correct, and not giving the mechanic any help to find the issue.
For the record, chevy is too busy to keep it for the week and diagnose with all the recent recalls. Im thinking its something someone here has seen before. Thanks for you help!!
