Default Lowering the rear a few inches

Looking for advice , I wanna lower my rear 2.5" - 3" I have looked at coil springs kits , springs extenders , shocks ,etc etc ... What's the best way to level the rear with the front , I don't have the auto ride and its 2WD ..

I installed Eibach #38132.520 2" lowering springs on the rear of my 2008 Avalanche to make the back and front level. It took an hour and I really like it now.
