Default Power window problem

My driver side window wont go down but if i loosen the motor and start to remove it it will work again. then i bolt it all back and it works for awhile and then the same thing happens. when i loosen it it seems real tight as if it goes up and gets to tight and cant go down. what stops the motor when the window gets to the top or bottom.

Does it go up evenly? Sounds like regulator or roller issue.
