Default 3.1 191ci blown head or intake?

Im trying to fix the head gasket on my 1993 lumina euro.

Im down to the point to were i need to take off the ac-compressor/ engine mount "plate" and i got all the bolts out but one,, its a Torx bit bolt and if i turn it as far as it will go counter-clock wise the bolt starts to bsck out but then loose bracket binds up and it feels like somethings gonna break or warp if i use anymore torque than i am. Also the location of the bolt appears to be a head bolt? ... If i turn it clock-wise till its snug the plat gets loose and will slid up and down about 3/8 inch on the torx bolt.. But i can get it loose.. can somebody explain how this works plz,,

I am not familiar with your car, however looks as if that is a left handed thread.

Iv turned the bolt both ways. If i turn it left it backs out "allmost" all the way out to like one or two threads left on the bolt but as its coming out its rasing the bracket, then the backet hits the side of the engine and bind up before im able to turn it the rest of the way out.

Is it possible that the torx bolt is a two part bolt and the torx bolt is threaded inside another bolt?

Again, I am not familiar with your model car. I'd suggest rotate it right, with pressure backing the stud out. If you can get pliers on the shaft of the stud while backing it out it may just be held by a bushing.

Default blown intake or heads?

After reading more on my car, I see there is a possibility that the intake gasket is blown vs the heads,,iv already removed the intake so i guess its to late to do a cylinder compression check.. If i start the car while its cold it kicks the water out of the radiator really strong, i was told this is the tail tail sign of a blown head gasket, if the intake was blown would it do this allso??

. I got the bolt out of the bracket and removed the bracket.. ,, i removed the old intake gasket and underneath was hard crusty 1" thick petrified oil.. i chipped allot out but a lot remains,, can i take the oil pan off after i get the heads off and wash the engine out with a hose pipe then oil it all down immediately afterwords without hurting anything?

Can you zoom out a bit and post some photos?
I can't see enough to say anything useful...
