2002 Cav Psger side High Beam does not work

2002 Cav Psger side High Beam does not work
I never had to troubleshoot electrical before so all I have done so far is replace the bulb.
Drivers side works norm, both headlights and high beams
Passenger side only headlight works but not high beams
I dont have a schematic if anyone has a link to one that would be great.
I tried to check power but for some reason my VOM stopped working completely grrrrr
I should have a new meter by end of next week in meantime any hints would be greatly appreciated. thx
