Default 01 Cavalier not going into 1st,3rd, or 5th

I cannot shift into 1st 3rd or 5th. When this first happened I stopped and turned around to go home it work briefly and then quit again, never to work again. The clutch acts fine when shifting into 2nd, 4th, and reverse. in fact it does not require a clutching at all really.... Any Ideas and or where to start?

Welcome to the forum. Was this a gradual thing or all of a sudden?

Chances are, the shift actuators aren't being worked correctly. It could be the shift cables or shifter itself. You'll probably want to take it in and get it repaired before it strands you for good.
