Default 2004 Cavalier Brake Vibration

i replaced the front brake components (rotors and pads) back in April because of a bad shake while braking. This solved it for a while until about two months ago when it started doing it again. I have read that this is a common problems with these cars and thought I read somewhere that it is because the rear brakes are not self adjusting so therefore it puts a lot of the load on the front, causing premature wear.

What can be done to fix this so I won't have to keep replacing the brakes twice a year? Could the front rotors be machined since they are relatively new? Could I reuse the brake pads instead of getting new ones? Or should I just replace both?

Thanks for the help!
