There is A LOT more to diagnosing a trouble code than plugin in a scanner, the scanner is just a start.
Put aside the high octane fuel (car will run fine on it)
Follow tech2 suggestion for getting a fuel sample and pour it onto a smooth flat surface, does it have have separations/spots in it (water) if so add some denatured alcohol.
Rent a fuel pressure test gauge (loaner tool), fuel pressure for your car should be between 53 and 59 PSI. low fuel pressure will cause all the codes you have.
Coil? Possible but I am more incline to test ignition module if fuel pump is good. Click here ---> Ignition Module Test
There are other things you can check also but baby steps.
