99 cavalier won't start
I have a 99 cavalier 2.2L, 5 speed
I put a new ignition lock cylinder, starter and relay, battery only about a year old.
Sometimes when I turn the key to the ON position the THEFT SYSTEM light comes on, sometimes it doesn't. But either way, sometimes it will start and sometimes it won't.
It starts for about 1 second but then it dies out right away.
