Default Brake line replacement

I'm trying to put new brake lines on a 99 cavalier and am not sure if I should be using inch or metric size tubing. The flares are bubble which only does metric but want to make sure anyway what OE sizes are

3/16" is the proper tubing size. It can be formed into iso(buble) or double flares.
