Engine Light and ETS off

Engine Light and ETS off
Hello friends
This is my first post; I got at 98 Z24 with 225k miles, the 'check engine' light is on, with a blinking 'ETS off'. I read in an earlier post several months ago the problem is the TPS and needs to be replaced. But I do not have any shifting problems (the other poster had shifting issues), my question to you fine experts is my problem indeed the TPS?
Also, in the previous post the 'forum advisor' mentioned the computer needed to be reset after installing the new TPS, I assume any local shop can do this, but not advanced auto parts or autozone is this true?
By the way my transmission fluid leaks a bit too. I appreciate all the advice I can get, thanks.

I replaced the spark plugs and the plug boots; the 'check engine' light and 'ETS off' light went away. But after 10 minutes of driving it, only the 'ETS off' light came back on. The thing I notice now when I drive, the acceleration is sluggish (especially from a stop), like there isn't sufficient power, also there's a sputtering whenever step on the gas. I value your sage advice, what else can be going on with my car?
Thanks Anthony
Thanks Anthony
