Default No voltage to module

i had just finished putting a new 2.2 into my cavalier and the engine cranks and all lights work but I am getting no voltage to the control module resulting in no spark. Any thoughts?

It would be the spark control module. And yes the anti theft light is on. I have tried every GM method I have found online to try and reset the anti theft.

if the theft light is on solid after cranking it will inhibit spark output from the ignition control module.

did you swap out anything else? ipc, pcm?

what year cav so we are on the same page here? what engine 2.2 ecotec or 2200?

[B I do believe that year they had the 2.2 L OHV, 2.2L OHC Ecotec 2.3 L OHC and 2.4 L OHC Ecotec's. But I could be wrong. Would be helpful knowing which one. Most likely the 2.2 OHV or OHC
