Default Radio stopped working after replacing alternator

My Radio stopped working after I replaced the alternator. The fuse is good. when I start the car with the radio fuse in the chimes go off intermitting and since i have an aftermarket radio I have the radio replacement interface it makes a clicking noise. I know that the radio is connected to the BCM. So, I found the connection where three wires are coming out of the BCM. When I unplug them the chimes stop and clicking stops. With everything in place I can still eject CD but it does not power on.Does anyone have a clue what these 3 wires are and how to get the radio playing again?

Sorry Its a 2001 Cavalier by the way.

I fixed it by replacing the aftermarket radio harness. I think it was only the power or ground that may had a open in the circuit.
