Default 350 GM 5.7 Estimated HP?

I have a 1988 GM 5.7L LO5 4BBL truck engine (PHH suffix). According to my research, it is roller ready, but came with hydraulic flat tappet from factory for trucks. Stock Hp = 210 @ 4400, Torque = 300 @ 2800. Stock heads were 882's swirl port design for low end torque and better fuel efficiency.

ok - now here is what I got for upgrades (came with my truck):

- Edelbrock Performer 2101 Manifold
- Edelbrock Performer 1405 600 CFM Carburator
- Summit Racing Air Cleaner
- Lunati Cam (unknown model) with hydraulic flat tappet
- Hooker Headers w/ dual exhaust
- Accel HEI Super Coil
- Champion/American Eagle AE284 (2 1” Tubes) Aluminum Radiator (Cools 600 HP) - I put this in to cool the engine better
- 882 stock heads were polished (I know they are not great heads, but I found evidence of some work to them)

Any guesses on how much hp I now have given the above?

Thanks,
