Post looking for blue prints, parts list ect for 400 sbc build

well im pretty new to forums so hopefully i can find some help and advice, what im looking for is a list of parts i should use in my recent rebuild, i have a 1987 monte carlo ss with 400sbc/200-4r/ 10bolt posi. allready have tranny taken care of and my dad used to build the baddest motors intown back in the day so we rebuilt a 305ho (stock specs) for practice last month and it went without a doubt flawless so labor is covered. what im looking for is a streetable/daily drivable 400sbc build. my budget is around $2500 (not including machine work to block+0.030 bore) my tranny will back up 500hp and will have a 1750 stall, im wanting a forged rotating assembly, complete street/strip mild valve train including springs rocker arms and push rods/ all high quality bearings, bushings wrist pins freeze plugs ect and oil pump, basically im starting with a bare block and redone heads, i will be running on 91 octane pump gas and i am looking for anywhere in the range of 330-460hp. if anyone has done a build similiar or knows where i can get a build specs list please let me know.
p.s. im willing to trade of power for reliability/engine life but not to much
thanks in advance
