Here's your answer. Your battery is probably bad. If the vehicle is/was jump started correctly, no fuses should be blown. FWIW we just had to replace our battery toward the end of last winter. Also, to anyone reading this, I strongly suggest only replacing the battery with an AC Delco 47-7YR. It is the same as the OEM battery and is the only one with a 650CCA rating. All of the other group 47-size batteries have 590CCA (or less) ratings. These others may work fine, but probably will not last as long.

I had my battery tested and it is fine. I replaced #4 fuse in the passenger side grouping and it was fine. My hatch still will not open. I noticed it will not unlock or lock with the FOB. I am assuming my latch mechanism is stuck. This is just another problem with this vehicle that is just pure headache.

The liftgate button or the latch itself is probably bad. It is normal to not hear anything in the liftgate when locking/unlocking the doors. All that happens when the vehicle is locked is the liftgate button is disabled by the BCM.
