Started it one day was running good then just shut off ... thought the fuel guage was broke so added fuel but could not restart ... spark is good, if you put fuel in throttle body it will start and run of that

The fuel pump doesn't run but will if jumped at relay
The injectors wont pulse but I have tested them and they work also just not on their own.

I thought maybe the computer was bad so I got another and got same result

I have also checked all the fuses under the dash on drivers side which I think is all of them

If any one can HELP it would be GREATLY appreciated. Would really like to have this van running again.

Why jump the fuel relay, but not replace it?
On the express vans the fuel pump and starter relays are the same and you swap them to isolate an issue. I cannot remember if the older vans are the same.
When you turn the key to on, the fuel pump should cycle.....if it does not replace the relay, and try again.....

to make sure the fuel pump works ... the relay is good I did swap with another .... the injectors don't pulse and the lights and horn not work ... the fuse to the ecu should there be voltage going through that ... also the fuse for the lights and horn

Have you checked your engine ground strap, and all other elec connections?
