Default 2006 Express 3500 6.0L tune up question

First post!!!

Just went over 200K miles on my 15 pax. Engine still purrs seems to run great.

I've got nice iridium plugs and new plug wires to do a tuneup.

I'm considering running a can of seafoam through it (spraying it in the intake) to clean things out before I put in the new plugs. On other vehicles, I've noticed a slight improvement after doing this, but there was usually some indication the other vehicle wasn't running that great.

In this case...engine purrs. Note: This is only 6.0 that I've ever owned. Really impressed by the engine.

Anyway, I've been running Lucas oil in the gas for past several months, figured that would help clean things out as well.

Thoughts or cautions about using seafoam in the 6.0L?

Any tips on doing spark plugs and wires? I've watched a video online about how to do it and it seems pretty straightforward.
