You may want to touch bases with Boulder Offroad or Ujoint. Don't think Quigley makes their kit available to vans they aren't working on, but they may answer some questions.

unless you've done it before by the time you're all said and done it'd be a lot easier and probably cheaper just to buy something that's 4x4....just my opinion

There is a thread on this forum about someone who converted an awd van to full 4x4. He changed the transfer case etc......That may give you some insight. Then you could rob awd parts from a wrecked van, and go from there.....but not going to be cheap.....might be worth pricing a quigly conversion.....

Quigley won't work on old vans......and it's about $14K to convert a truck........and they need it for 4 weeks....and you don't get your old parts back because they sell them for scrap.

I had a New Quigley van, and it was great! I found it on a dealers lot......but your going to plunk down about $45000 for a new one.

I ordered a 2016 chevy van but after 3 months chevy said they wouldn't build it because they were too busy making Colorado pick ups at the same plant...so I bought a white one that a dealer had.....but I can't give it up for 4 weeks, so 2wd is fine for now.
