I work in a repair shop and have been dealing with broken exhaust manifold bolts for years. It is a major pain, and costly, but I finally found one of the best ways to effectively fix this problem. I looked online and found K.A.P. exhaust manifold bolt repair kits. Excellent build and easy to install. I've used them for a couple months now and have had great results and all customers have been pleased. Check them out, they work for all 1999 and newer gm/chevy van, trucks, and suvs.
