Default Click, tick noise coming from under the hood by the tension pulley

So i recently replaced my water pump, it was a success but now on idle my van has this click/tick noise near the tension pulley...

so i look under the hood...the van is on idle. I hear a click/tick noise once and the tension pulley moves up very little bit, not much but its noticeable...like 10-15 seconds go and it shifts back down....then maybe 30-45 seconds later it does it again...and again.

I drove the van and it seems to drive fine, no loss of power or anything, no check engine or anything

the tension pulley also does play a bit...not too much but it does.

Any ideas or the tick/click noise?

The click on the video sounds like the ac compressor.....If the bearings in a pulley failed it would be more of a growl....

That was my first thought too, it sounds like the AC turning off and on. It will kick on and off when the heater is on defrost.
