Welcome to the forum...
Crutchfield shows the front doors being 6 1/2" and the rear roof being 4" http://www.crutchfield.com/g_400/All-Car-Speakers.html

The door speakers are a factory speaker 6 inch size. Not 6 1/2. The screw holes are 6 1/4 inch on centre if you measure cris-cross.
The rear sound bar is 4x10... Also, my van has a tweeter location high up on the door. Was perfect for my component speakers.
