Default Dreaded TCV Switch Delay valve

Ok so while rebuilding the van motor, somehow how I have missed place my delay valve for my TCV switch. All I see on the internet is how they are discontinued with recommend substitutes that have failed to work correctly.

Has anyone come accross a suitable replacement that works or will I have to go to the junk yard........again

The only reason I'm saying I lost it is because the Vacuum diagram shows one and I dont have it anywhere on the bench.

I cant remember seeing one though.

When I looked at a lock up kit from painless, I have everything in their photo, but they dont show a delay valve. Just the 4th gear presure switch, lockup solenoid, vacuum switch and brake switch.
