Default Express back-up lights don't work

2003 Express 3500 back-up lights and dome lights won't work. I changed fuses and bulbs and still no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

is there power at the light green wire at the reverse lights key on, shifter in reverse?

power is supplied by the bcm to the rev lights.

Is there any aftermarket devices spliced into this circuit?

Thanks tech2 for the help. Before I tried your ideas I used a test light on each fuse in the engine compartment. I found a blown fuse listed as "truck body control module 2" (fuse # 18) in the owners' manual. I replaced it and both back-up lights and interior compartment lights now work.
