interchangeable rear doors ??

Will rear doors 96 g series 3500 cargo van interchange with 98 express van 3500

They should. Same box, diff chassis.

The 96 is the first year of the express/savanna. However the g series is the 95 and older van style then no.

registration says 9/96 G series however side by side comparison they appear to be exactly the same

Should be fine then. Its not a g series....registration and insurance papers are behind when models change. Even now if I go to a parts store, I have to mention g series or g2500....for my 02 express.
