Default No power to a few fuses

I have a 92 g20 van and I just fixed the ac. took it to a shop to have ac charged and was working fine. was running when I picked up van. I have tilt wheel and the mechanic put wheel all the way up to move van. well I have had issues with things not working after moving tilt before. been a while but I really think this caused the problem, which is that my power windows, gas gauge and blower motor, don't work. After I turned van off these things quit working. I checked fuses and they are good. I think I tested fuse panel correctly and those fuses aren't getting power. could this be the ignition switch? or a loose wire from the tilt moving something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
