Default OEM Rod & Main bearings - how are the sizes stamped?

Just double checking that I don't have a turned crank from the factory. (Assuming it's not been rebuilt since new by previous owners.)

My old bearings have this stamped on them:

End w/o tab:
GM
A-0100
10 99

Opposite end w/ tab:
S S T A


Question: Does this mean they are standard bearings manufactured in 10/1999? I do not see anything stamped .010, .020 etc on the bearings... but that 10 99 is giving me pause. Just want to be sure that is the manufacture date and not an undersize as shown in this picture taken from a Rambler website showing an undersize stamp:

Looks like these are standard size - mic'd out to same.
